Burger King in Marburg

Always lasts forever, today the tills didn't go and the boss didn't give the employees a price list, no, they don't have that and the employees have to ask the customers for prices. Pity

With one of the worst Burger King's. The food is not really fresh and the place is incredibly dirty ... Last time in the preparation area there was old vegetables and a huge, old, wet cardboard on the floor.

Preferably no stars, worst service in all of Marburg. I've been in the drive for half an hour and nothing happens.

Worst burger king what I saw every time wrong order and yesterday evening we were there at 11.40 p.m. who said they don't take any more orders. Opening times are until midnight

Can only rate the drive in next to the food. Since it was nobody's turn in front of me, it went very quickly, although I still had to wait 1 or 2 minutes, which suggests that the burger was probably actually made "fresh". Everything perfect!

You should check that your purchase is complete. The delivery times at Lieferando are deliberately given too short according to the restaurant.

Preferably zero stars. Waited in line for over half an hour even though nothing was going on. Ordered 10 chili cheese burgers and could only have got 2. Strangely enough, I then placed a larger order and that was not a problem.To top it all off, I was treated with unfriendliness. You can't talk about fast food.

As always, order in drive in is not complete !!!! You just have to control everything. Merry Christmas

Ordered 2 burgers and a bag of fries with ketchup at Drive in today. At home found that the fries and ketchup had been forgotten. Of course paid anyway. The rest of the food was acceptable, but how should you rate if you don't even get what you pay for? If you want to eat here, you should definitely check that the order is complete.

The person who served us was very rude. It was like she didn't look happy to be working there. But over all the meal was OK just minimize the ketchup in the burgers. So I just ordered a meal again but this time online. It has taken then 3hrs and the funny part is that I still haven't received it yet.

The burgers are good but the boss at this place is so rude. If you are told to show the code at the front of the window, drive there and then be turned on by him, about WHAT DID YOU ORDER? In a tone that really doesn't work. And that where it wasn't my fault. Maybe you should train your staff, after all, you are a service provider. Cheek!

Delicious burgers, fair prices (at least the coupons make up for it). The cashier was super personable and accommodating. It has to be like that.

The burgers are good, but if you wait as a customer and then have to go to the toilet, you should show your name and persona, I don't think that's possible. If I hadn't been a customer, I would have fully understood that. But I had to wait for my burger anyway.

Food is just like a Burger King, you can't complain, but yesterday the four of us were there and ordered food to go and waited there for half an hour. The employees just walked around unnecessarily with no sense or anything. Find BK tastes better than McDonald's but next time I'll definitely go to McDonald's again. (PS I wanted to take something for a friend in addition to my order and that was simply forgotten but paid for. Were "only" 4 € but you can see how disorganized it is.)

Last night (13.09.2020) we wanted to get something to eat in the drive in at around 3.30 a.m. but had to go out again because we were ignored. There was light inside, but the door was locked. And that with the supposed opening time of 5 a.m. Well then MC Donalds got the sales, as well as probably the next times. It's clear that it doesn't work that way.

Super unfriendly staff! Has already been to the branch 10 times and was served extremely badly every time. In addition, the food is not really fresh (brown salad, hard rolls) the burgers taste as if they had been there for a long time. I will never eat there again, absolutely not recommended!

For these prices the food is extremely bad! The fries are never in the deep fryer long enough and are just plain soft and gross. The mayo tastes like salad sauce. If I order a large french fries for a menu, I always (every time) get a small french fry even though I have paid more! The employees always have to finish and you get ripped off from front to back. I can give everyone the tip to look directly into the bag to see whether the order is correct! How often is something missing ... you pay more and get deducted or you get a completely different menu which you may not like at all. People are overwhelmed and often uncomfortable. In addition, you can hardly understand the employees with accents through the intercom and if you let them know that the order is wrong, it means that you had ordered it that way and that makes them feel bad. Sorry, but that doesn't work! If this continues, it won't be long before the store closes! Really disgusting!

Tried chicken nugget burger and Long chicken burger, and they are good. There wasn't any difference between medium sized pommes and large sized pommes. I would suggest to go with medium sized and save a few bucks.

Wasn't able to pay with card, and got wrong food (not what I ordered), maybe they had a bad day but didn't like it

Not like burger king in the USA, but not bad.

Today was eating dinner at Burger King here. Took a big stakehaus menu. I arrived home and pucked it all. Service was okay.

Ordered online and after an hour and forty minutes had to call the help-line to find out what was taking so long. No updates to inform me that there would be a delay. Worst delivery time I have ever experienced.

I was here already more than 1 time, for a break. The Burger King is good, I don't have the experience like my people here before, me and my GF wait for max. 5 minutes and we got everything we wanted! 4/5 Because of Female Toilet... my gf wasn't happy :/

I like Burger King more than its competators. This store is a rather small one with a drive in. The staff is doing their best, but occasionally they can mess up your order if there are a lot of orders at the same time.
